Jul 21, 2019 · I don’t understand why Ramaladni’s Gift can’t be used on off-hand items. Two socketed weapons gives you 260% CHD. One socketed weapon and an off-hand gives you 130% CHD and 10% CHC. If you could use Ramaladni’s on off-hands you could have 130% CHD, 10% CHC and extra main stat. This would be a large amount of extra damage.
